Research Interests

I am interested in the regulation of MAP kinase signaling in the developing Drosophila compound eye. I am currently investigating the biochemical properties of a conditional allele of the fly EGF receptor gene (Egfr-tsla). In the longer term I will study the control of MAP kinase activity by the Egfr and other signal transduction pathways.
