LAB POSITIONS
Postdoctoral/Research Positions (OPEN):
Up to two postdoctoral positions are immediately available in the Zheng lab in the Department of Cell Biology, Emory University, Atlanta, GA. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join a research team that investigates an expanding list of research projects targeting the molecular and cellular
mechanisms underlying the wiring and plasticity of neuronal circuitry (see the research page for details about different areas). 
Recent Ph.D. in Neurobiology or Cell Biology or related fields is required. Experience with at least one of the following skills is required: primary CNS neuronal culture, brain slice culture, high-resolution digital imaging, multi-photon confocal imaging, single cell microinjection, and/or molecular biology. Funding is provided by NIH for 2-3 years and salary will be based the NIH guideline and adjusted according to experience.

A research position is available for a talented individual with experience in neuronal culture from Central Nervous System (CNS). We are specifically looking for an individual with experience in low-density hippocampal cultures and cerebellar granule cultures. Research foucses on various aspects of neuronal migration and differentiation. Please contact us for more information and application.
