Seeking talents

A postdoctoral position is immediately available in Dr. Jie Jiang's laboratory at Emory University School of Medicine. The lab studies two neurodegenerative disorders, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD). We are also interested in developing therapeutic approaches targeting these devastating diseases. Our research utilizes innovative techniques and interdisciplinary approaches in cellular, Drosophila and mouse models, as well as in cells and tissues from patients.

We are looking for highly motivated postdoc fellows with a solid Ph.D. training in biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology. Experience working with cellular and animal models of neurological disorders is preferred but not required. You will join a highly interactive science community at Emory University, with access to cutting-edge resources and exposure to world-class research. Interested candidates should provide a cover letter (with a statement of research interest and career goals), CV and the contact information for three references to Dr. Jie Jiang at jie.jiang AT emory.edu.
